Mission

ARISE UAE, the Private Sector Alliance for Disaster Resilient Societies, are looking for new members from the investment, real estate, finance, insurance and similar sectors to join our community. By connecting a passionate community of business and other public and private partners, ARISE, in conjunction with UNDRR Arab States works as a catalyst for business innovation and for knowledge sharing to reduce risk for a sustainable and resilient future.

Voluntary Commitments

The Sendai Framework Commitments (SFVC) online platform serves to incentivize stakeholders to inform the public about their work, to provide a vehicle for sharing commitments and initiatives and for motivation toward the implementation of the Sendai Framework. In turn, UNDRR can monitor and take stock of the progress and impact.
