Mission

Bangkok Metropolitan Administration established Navamindradhiraj (formerly Bangkok University) to honor His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, on the occasion of the 60th Anniversary Celebration of His Majesty's Accession to the Throne, according to the Bangkok University Act 2010, announced in the Government Gazette on November 12, 2010, is an institution of higher education that is a unit Government work under the supervision of Bangkok Metropolis Being a juristic person It is the first local higher education institution in Thailand. was given the name Navamindradhiraj University and published in the Government Gazette on 20 June 2013 

Currently, the university consists of 7 departments, namely the Office of the University Council. Office of the President Faculty of Medicine Vajira Hospital Kuakarun Faculty of Nursing Faculty of Health Science and Technology Mahanakorn Pattana College and the College of Urban Development with Professor Suraphon Nitikraipot as President of the University Council. and Associate Professor Dr. Anan Manomai Phibun as the rector. The Faculty of Medicine, Wachira Nursing, is from Which was born on Monday, January 2, 1912 by King Rama V sacrificed his personal property to purchase land and build a hospital, Vajira Hospital, bestowed upon the Thai people. to be a public place to treat sick people As for the Kuakarun Faculty of Nursing, Kuakarun College of Nursing, a nursing school under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. which was born from the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Nursing established On Thursday, May 20, 1954

The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.

The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform serves to incentivize stakeholders to inform the public about their work, to provide a vehicle for sharing commitments and initiatives and for motivation toward the implementation of the Sendai Framework. In turn, UNDRR can monitor and take stock of the progress and impact.
